On 6th December, at 6:30 pm, 'Malifest 2008' presented a great carnatic music concert by Sangeeth Samrat Chitravina N. Ravikiran. He was accompanied by Miss: Akkarai Subbalakshmi on Violin, Sri. K.V. Prasad on the Mridangam, and Sri. Tripunithura N. Radhakrishnan on the Ghatam. The concert was held at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, T. D. Road Ernakulam. Sri. Indu Shekhar, Sri. A.D. Krishnanasan, Sri. V.K. Madhav Mohan and Smt. Madhavi Ramkumar, lighted the traditional lamp. Smt. Madhavi Ramkumar also greeted the celebrity artistes.
